Career

After completing his graduation degree, he started work in theatre. He worked in several Telugu short films as an actor, writer & director. He also acted in the Telugu movies as an actor as well as a screenwriter.

Kiran Abbavaram made his small screen debut through the Telugu short film “Gachibowli” in 2015 as Anirvesh. In the same year, he acted in the short film “Malli Modalaindhi Ala”, which was written and directed by himself. After that, he made several short films including Vaanara Sainyam, Sreekaram, Oo Manasa Raa Ila, 1991, Arjuna Phalguna, and Andharu Andhagathele.

Telugu Movies

In 2019, he made his big-screen acting debut in Ravi Kiran Kola’s Telugu film “Raja Vaaru Rani Gaaru” as Raja opposite Rahasya Gorak as Rani. The film received positive reviews from the audience and the actor was nominated for the SIIMA award.

In 2021, he made his big-screen debut as a story writer through the Telugu film “SR Kalyanamandapam“. He also played the role of Kalyan (lead actor) in this film opposite actress Priyanka Jawalkar. The film received mixed audience reviews and received average recognition.
